Street closures for 2024 RVA Illuminates

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The City of Richmond has implemented road closures for RVA Illuminates, which will kick off this evening.
According to City of Richmond, the following street closures went into effect at 8 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 6:
- East Canal Street from South 7th Street to 9th Street
- South 7th Street between East Canal Street and East Byrd Street
- South 8th Street between East Cary Street and East Canal Street
