PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- A suspect has been detained after police said an incident prompted an investigation along Whitehill Drive in Petersburg on Tuesday.
Just after 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, the Petersburg Bureau of Police announced on social media that officers were investigating in the 2300 block of South Whitehill Drive.
Officials have not yet shared further details as to what occurred or any injuries.
A suspect was detained and an investigation was ongoing, according to police.
