Tractor-trailer crash causes delays on I-64 in Goochland, Louisa counties

GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A tractor-trailer crash near the border of Goochland County and Louisa County is causing delays for drivers on Interstate 64, according to alert data from VDOT.

The crash was first reported by VDOT around 6 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, and is located near the Route 605 exit on I-64 West.

According to VDOT's latest update -- around 7 a.m. -- all westbound travel lanes are closed and traffic is being diverted. There is approximately 2.5 miles of backups.
