Virginia residents urged to report weather damage to homes, businesses

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Has your home or business been damaged due to the recent winter weather or flooding throughout Virginia?

The Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) is urging Virginia residents to self-report any damages that they have experienced to homes or businesses as a result of the recent winter weather and flooding.

In the case of the flooding, the damage must have occurred since Feb. 10.
