WATCH: Firefighters respond to car fire in Petersburg

PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- Petersburg firefighters battled a fire in a car's engine compartment on Saturday.
On Saturday, April 5, firefighters with Petersburg Fire Rescue & Emergency Services were called to Commerce Street on the west side of the city for report of a vehicle fire.
When they arrived, they found fire pouring from the engine compartment of a white passenger car.

According to officials, crews were able to put out the fire quickly.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
