CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WRIC) -- Former VCU head coach, Ryan Odom, was officially welcomed as the new head coach for the Virginia Cavaliers at an event on Monday.
The decision was revealed officially on Saturday, March 22, publicizing Odom as the program's 13th head men’s basketball coach.
"I'm so glad this door opened. I walk through that door with enthusiasm. I walk through that door with passion, with humility [and] with a desire to help [to] continue to build this place," Odom said. "And that's really what it's all about to me."
