Woman allegedly steals vehicle from Omni Richmond Hotel’s valet area

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- After a woman allegedly stole a vehicle from Omni Richmond Hotel's valet area in Richmond's Downtown area, police are asking the public's help to identify her. At 3:51 p.m. on Nov. 23, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the Omni Richmond Hotel at 100 South 12th Street to investigate a theft of a vehicle. When officers arrived, an employee reported that an unknown woman had illegally removed a vehicle from the hotel's valet area. On Dec. 5, police said the stolen vehicle was found in Norfolk, and towed by Virginia State Police. Officials describe the suspect as being a woman wearing a dark blue t-shirt, grey pants and white open-towed shoes. At 3:51 p.m. on Nov. 23, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the Omni Richmond Hotel at 100 South 12th Street to investigate a theft of a vehicle.
