RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Drivers may experience delays while commuting on Interstate 195 North in Richmond this morning due to a crash involving an overturned vehicle.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, a crash took place on I-195 northbound at mile marker 1.7.
