Crash on VA-288 South causing delays in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Wednesday afternoon crash on World War II Veterans Memorial Highway (VA-288) is causing delays for Chesterfield County drivers.
The crash took place just before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19 on VA-288 southbound just before its interchange with Hull Street Road, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
As of 4:03 p.m., the southbound right lane is closed.
