Culver’s to open first Virginia location in Henrico County

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The restaurant chain Culver's will be opening its first Virginia location in Henrico County.

Thalhimer announced in a press release that S&L Properties Richmond LLC purchased a retail building located at 4306 S. Laburnum Ave. from 8th & N Condos, LLC, with plans to redevelop the site for Virginia's first Culver's.

The 5,002 square-foot retail building was purchased for $1,575,000 and is located near the Richmond International Airport.

S&L Properties plans to demolish the existing building on the site to construct the Culver's restaurant.

A Thalhimer representative handled the negotiations of the sale on behalf of the S&L Properties Richmond LLC.
