RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A flash flood warning has been issued for Hanover and Henrico counties Friday night as severe storms impact the area.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flash flood warning for both counties until 7:15 p.m. on Friday, July 18.
Officials urge residents to "turn around, don't drown" when driving through flooded areas.
