Henrico police continue search for suspect in Shrader Road shooting

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) --Shrader Road is now open after Henrico County Police responded to a shooting early Sunday morning.

On Sunday, Nov. 16, at 2:16 a.m. Henrico County Police responded to Parham Road at Shrader Road for a reported shooting. Once at the scene officers found what they describe as "several shell casings all along Shrader Rd."

Henrico County Police closed down roadways on Shrader Road between Parham Road and Hungary Spring Road early Sunday morning "until further notice." At 6:10 a.m. police announced that "Shrader Road is now back open for normal traffic flow."

According to police there are no reported injuries from the shooting. Henrico County Police also added that they are still looking to identify the suspect involved.
