HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico County Public Schools invites you to attend their 10th annual ARTS festival that feature art made by students from across the division.
The ARTS festival stands for artists, residents, teachers, and students, will be held Saturday and Sunday, March 8-9th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Glenn Allen High School.
