Juvenile shot and killed in Richmond’s Northside on Black Friday

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A juvenile is dead after he was shot in Richmond's Northside late Friday afternoon.
Just before 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 1900 block of R Street for a report of a person shot.
When police arrived, they found a juvenile male with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
