Kings Dominion announces extended operating days for this fall

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Kings Dominion has announced its extended fall operating days, with Halloween-themed fun, Oktoberfest events and more.

Some highlights of the events featured in this fall season include:

• Halloween Haunt -- Sept. 19 to Nov. 2
  • Presented by Snickers and featuring attractions, scare zones, a maze and more
• Oktoberfest -- Sept. 20 to Nov. 2
  • Featuring authentic German cuisine, craft beers, music and more
• Tricks and Treats -- Sept. 20 to Nov. 2
  • Featuring fun activities for people of all ages, trick-or-treat trails and more

After Halloween, visitors can continue to enjoy rides on weekends throughout November. Highlights include:

• Open: Saturdays and Sundays, Nov. 8 to Nov. 30, plus Friday, Nov. 28 (Black Friday)
• Hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Areas: International Street, Candy Apple Grove, Jungle X-Pedition and Planet Snoopy
