Lane closure on Richmond’s Patterson and Pepper Avenue

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The intersection of Patterson and Pepper Avenue will be closed Wednesday, July 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The closure comes as a part of a traffic signal installation project, and according to the City of Richmond, there will be intermittent lane closures to allow the contractor of the project, to install ground rods and utility boxes.
