Lifestyle expert shares AI hacks to conquer holiday stress

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- As the holiday season approaches, 8News got a chance to hear from a lifestyle expert about how to use artificial intelligence (AI) to conquer some of that holiday stress.

8News anchors Delaney Hall and Autumn Childress were virtually joined by television host and lifestyle expert Kathy Buccio from New York, the morning of Thursday, Nov. 13. Buccio said AI is more than a tool used at work.

"As a mom, I use AI to sort of keep me on track, whether it's managing a to-do list for maybe I'm doing some documents for school," Buccio said. "But with the holidays approaching, I'm looking forward too using AI to make my life easier when it comes to organizing the school events, the family functions, the holiday shopping, the recipes, festivities -- all the things."

"It's going to save so much time, but more importantly, it's going to keep me sane," Buccio added.

Buccio is encouraging Virginians to keep things in one place, with the help of Adobe Acrobat Studio. She said they have a new future called PDF Spaces, by uploading all documents into one space in order to customize it.

The new Adobe feature offers intelligence citations, which she said shows where that insight comes from to ensure accuracy and reliability.

She also urges people to delegate tasks to relieve some of that stress.
