Man shot in leg in Richmond’s Southside
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is in the hospital after he was shot in the leg in Richmond's Southside on Monday. At about 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 3400 block of Walmsley Boulevard for report of a shooting. When they arrived, officers found a man who had been shot in the leg. He was taken to a local hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening. The investigation into this shooting is ongoing, with no additional information available as of the time of reporting.
