Multi-vehicle crash on I-95 causes 5-mile backup in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 is causing major delays in the City of Richmond.
The crash was first reported by VDOT shortly after 9:45 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, and is located on I-95 near the Maury Street exit.
According to VDOT, all northbound lanes have been closed and there are approximately five miles of backups.
