Person killed in Lunenburg County hunting incident

LUNENBURG COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A person is dead after a hunting incident in Lunenburg County late Monday night. On Monday, Feb. 17, The Virginia Department of Wildlife Reserve (DWR) received report of a deadly hunting incident from the Lunenburg County Sheriff's Office. The incident occurred a little after 10:30 p.m. on Monday, in the Keysville area of the county. Multiple agencies, including the DWR, responded to the scene. According to DWR, the unidentified victim appeared to have died from a gunshot wound.
