Anyone looking to attend a market in the future has one more chance before the end of the year, on Sunday, Dec. 15. The event was held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and featured drinks, live music, handmade items from local artisans and more. Everyone is welcome at this free event, including kids and dogs. 8News spoke with Ashley Quick, owner of Opulence Permanent Jewelry, about why participating in events like this is important to her. "It's like a tangible memory, so I get a lot of moms and daughters, I get a lot of sisters, I get a lot of besties who want to do something together," Quick said. "And it's just a really sentimental thing that they can get to keep." To learn more about the Sunday Artisan Markets, and to apply as a potential future vendor, click here.
