CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Cumberland County Public Schools will open on a two-hour delay on Tuesday due to a power outage.
According to a social media post by the school system in the morning on Tuesday, April 15, Cumberland County Public Schools will open with a two-hour delay due to a power outage.
Families were advised that the two-hour delay could change if power is not restored.
As of 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, about 1,395 homes and businesses were without power in Cumberland County, according to Dominion Energy.
