(WRIC) -- City of Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney toured the construction site of the $2.4 billion Diamond District project on Thursday, with officials providing an update on the project's construction. "My team is very excited to be here," Albrecht said. "We're excited to see this ballpark come into fruition and we're really excited to see that first pitch in 2026."
