Richmond police seek help in finding missing teen with autism
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- On behalf of Richmond Police Department, the Virginia State Police have issued a missing person with autism alert for a 17-year-old male from Richmond. Richmond police is seeking the whereabouts of 17-year-old Joshua Ishiah Randolph. According to police, he was last seen on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 9 p.m. (Virginia State Police) He is described as a black male, with brown eyes and brown hair. Police said he is 5'8' and weighs 140 lbs. He may be wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt, dark-colored sweat pants and blue crocs. He is believed to be walking by foot. Police confirmed the missing teen has been diagnosed with autism and his disappearance poses a threat to his safety and health.
