StormTracker8: Beautiful weather through Saturday

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) – What a beautiful morning! We are much clearer and will keep sunny skies all afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

Overnight lows will drop into the 40s. Highs tomorrow will be in the mid 60s and skies will also be clear.

Friday morning lows could be the coldest so far this season, in the low 40s. This would put rural towns in the upper 30s! Friday afternoon highs will also be in the mid 60s.

This weekend is looking great. We will see sunny skies and highs in the low 70s on Friday, and increasing clouds with highs in the low 70s on Sunday. A cold front on Sunday will bring rain chances late day into the overnight hours, so right now, Sunday does not look like a washout.

This cold front will bring another batch of sunny skies and comfortable highs to kick off next week.

TRACKING THE TROPICS:

Tropical Storm Lorenzo has winds of 40mph and it is moving to the north at 13mph. Lorenzo will dissipate by the end of the week. Lorenzo is not a factor in our weather.
