Trail at Robious Landing Park closed due to heavy rain

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- With flooding possible throughout Central Virginia, a section of a trail along the James River at Robious Landing Park will be closed.
Part of the trail will be closed due to erosion from the recent heavy rain.

Park officials added that until it can be re-vegetated, the section of the trail will be closed indefinitely.

"Thank you for staying safely away from this area until it can be reopened," park officials said.
