Water pipe freeze at Richard Bland College, utility crews working

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- This morning, utility crews in Prince George County are working to restore service at Richard Bland College due to frozen water pipes. According to a Facebook post from Prince George County, utility crews are working in response to a disruption of service at Richard Bland College caused from frozen water pipers. Prince George County is working to restore service to the college and its surrounding areas as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided from the county as soon as its available.
