Final artwork selection for Ashland Trailhead Project to be announced
HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The town of Ashland in Hanover County has announced that finalists have been selected for the Trailhead Public Art Project.
In a social media post, shared that out of 22 standout proposals for the Trailhead Public Art Project, the selection team has narrowed down the choices to three finalists.
The Parks & Recreation Committee will host a meeting on Thursday, July 10, at 6 p.m., to see the proposals and hear directly from the artists. The meeting can be viewed online or in person at 121 Thompson Street.
According to the town, the final artwork will be selected at tomorrow's meeting. Take a look below at some of the proposed concepts:
