RICHMOND, Va (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused significant delays for drivers on Friday morning in Richmond.
On Friday, March 27, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) reported a multi-vehicle accident on I-95 south, right after the exit for Arthur Ashe Boulevard in Richmond.
