Man injured after shooting on West Main Street in Richmond
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — One person was injured after a shooting in the early morning of Friday in Richmond, police said.
At around 2:21 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 23, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 2500 block of West Main Street for a report of a shot person.
Upon arrival, officers found a blood trail that led them to a nearby hospital. Police said they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
His injuries are not considered to be life-threatening, police said.
