Santa to tour Henrico, spreading holiday joy across county

The kick-off for Henrico's annual Holiday Express Tour is set for Tuesday, Dec. 10 with festivities in the Three Copt & Tuckahoe districts. The fun will begin at the Twin Hickory Library at 5 p.m. and end at the Deep Run Rec Center at 8 p.m., according to county officials. Full route details can be found here.
