Singer-songwriter, Hanover native Jason Mraz coming to Glen Allen

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Singer-songwriter and Hanover County native Jason Mraz is coming to Glen Allen for multiple shows this winter.

Mraz, who was born and raised in the Mechanicsville area of Hanover, is a GRAMMY award-winning musician and guitarist well-known for his 2002 debut album "Waiting for My Rocket to Come."

The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen will host Mraz as part of FreeHorse Arts' Songwriter Series, with the event described as a "celebration of inclusivity, love, community and the natural world through the arts."

Mraz's performances will take place at the Cultural Arts Center Theatre's Sara Belle November Stage. Showtimes are 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13 and 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14. You can purchase tickets online.
